Flagship, Doctor Dismissed From Suit Over Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 4:07 PM EDT) -- In a whistleblower suit against several medical providers over an alleged kickback scheme involving false claims to Medicare, Flagship Cardiac Vascular Thoracic Surgery and one of the doctors were dismissed by a Pennsylvania federal judge Friday because the claims against them weren't specific enough.
