Spain Raids More Auto Cos. On Antitrust Concerns

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Spanish antitrust officials have raided more automotive companies amid a continuing investigation into allegations of price-fixing and data sharing among auto makers and distributors, the country's competition enforcer said Friday.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday inspectors from the Spanish National Competition Commission, known as the CNC, visited the offices of several companies that make and sell cars in Spain, the agency said, building on previous raids from early June.
