Husch Blackwell Snags IP Partner From Troutman Sanders

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Husch Blackwell LLP has hired away a veteran Troutman Sanders LLP partner with regulatory and intellectual property experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors to join its Chicago office, the firm said Friday.

Diane J. Romza-Kutz began work at the firm Wednesday and will help companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector navigate the web of overlapping rules laid out by government agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
