Dow Urethane Price-Fixing Judgment Reduced To $1.1B

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A Kansas federal judge on Friday reduced a $1.2 billion class action judgment against Dow Chemical Co. by $139 million in order to offset settlements other companies reached to avoid trial over claims that they too participated in a urethane price-fixing scheme.
