Developers' Suit Over EPA's Ariz. River Finding Nixed

Law360, Chicago (July 29, 2013, 2:03 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Friday dismissed a housing developer group's suit challenging the government's determination that parts of Arizona's Santa Cruz River are traditional navigable waters under the Clean Water Act, saying the group failed to show that its members had been injured by the finding.
