Extensive Discovery OK'd In $11B Education Funding FCA Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (July 29, 2013, 2:40 PM EDT) -- Over objections from the U.S. and the defendants, a Pennsylvania federal judge last week approved a special master’s reports outlining the massive discovery process expected as part of an $11 billion False Claims Act whistleblower suit over alleged fraudulent recruitment efforts by a for-profit education company.
