Property Rights Coalition Blasts US Blueways Initiative

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A group of property rights activists and state representatives from Arkansas and Missouri on Monday asked the House Natural Resources Committee to support legislation protecting states' and property owners' rights against federal conservation projects like the National Blueways Program.
