$135M DOE Grant For Electric Vehicles Legal, Watchdog Says

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 4:02 PM EDT) -- A U.S Department of Energy watchdog said Monday that despite an “unusual” cost share arrangement and several implementation problems, the agency’s award of $135 million in grants to Ecotality Inc. to test electric vehicle technology was still within federal regulations.
