Ex-Citibank Secretary Gets 54 Months For $1.3M Theft

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday handed down a 54-month prison sentence to a former Citibank Inc. secretary convicted of stealing more than $1.3 million from the onetime managing partner of Salomon Brothers but criticized the investment banker for operating in a way that opened the door to such fraud.
