Food Industry Tells NY Genetic Labels Should Be Up To FDA

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 2:02 PM EDT) -- Food industry groups on Tuesday warned New York Assembly Democrats pushing for the labeling of genetically engineered foods that the passage of such laws at the state level could create a hard-to-navigate patchwork of statutes that would impede the food supply.
