Noncompetes Crucial For Businesses, Ill. High Court Told

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Chamber of Commerce backed Premier Dealer Services Inc.'s bid Monday for state Supreme Court review of a ruling that said noncompete and nonsolicitation clauses in its employment agreement were unenforceable, warning that the ruling greatly weakens restrictive covenants.
