Fiat Scores Partial Win On Price Of Chrysler Shares

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- Italian automaker Fiat SpA won a small victory Tuesday in its legal battle over the purchase price for Chrysler Group LLC shares, as a Delaware Chancery Court judge ruled on two issues that could make the deal slightly cheaper but refused to adopt Fiat’s $140 million estimate.
