Cardiologist Hit With $17M Judgment In FCA Case

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal court on Tuesday ordered a cardiologist and his two companies to pay $17 million for submitting false claims to federal and state health care programs and billing for services that were already included or were not provided at all.
