Pa. Wants Voter ID Challenge Booted For Lack Of Standing

Law360, Harrisburg (July 31, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for the state asked that a constitutional challenge to Pennsylvania’s voter ID law be dismissed for lack of standing Tuesday as closing arguments in the trial were postponed due to a dispute over the number of individuals who didn’t receive new voting-specific IDs before last November’s election.
