S.F. Cops Win Conditional Certification In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (February 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of San Francisco police officers won conditional class certification on Monday in a lawsuit against the city that alleges they were not paid for time they spent on necessary preparations before beginning work.
