Timber Co. Ends 12-Year Fight With Forest Service

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A 12-year lawsuit over what started as a 30-day suspension of timber sales ended in a stipulated dismissal on Tuesday when Timber Products Co. and the U.S. Forest Service agreed to finally let bygones be bygones in a deal gone awry.
