Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 1:48 PM EDT) -- Four U.S. senators on Tuesday warned the White House that a potential decision to ban some imports of Apple Inc.'s iPhone and iPad due to its infringement of a standard-essential patent held by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. could stifle innovation and hike costs for consumers.
