Judge Bounces $45M Tech Merger Row Back To Arbitration

Law360, Los Angeles (July 31, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge Tuesday ordered an arbitration panel to further review a shareholder suit over Nuance Communications Inc.'s allegedly fraudulent conduct in a $45 million merger with Vocada Inc., saying the panel failed to address why the Vocada shareholders aren't entitled to damages.
