Business Bankruptcies Down 30% Over 2012, Report Says

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Business bankruptcy filings are down 30 percent so far in 2013 compared to where they were at this point in 2012 — with California contributing the most — as the downward trend of the last four years continues, according to a report issued Wednesday.
