Firm's Bungling Defense Led To $21M Verdict, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 1:32 PM EDT) -- A California-based trash and recycling company that lost two discrimination cases — getting slammed with a record-breaking $21.7 million jury verdict in one of them — on Tuesday hit its defense lawyer and Tesser Ruttenberg & Grossman LLP with a legal malpractice suit, accusing them of being unprepared for the trials.
