Challengers Stress Pa. Voter ID Law's Unconstitutionality

Law360, Harrisburg (August 1, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- In closing arguments at the trial over Pennsylvania’s voter ID law on Thursday, attorneys said the controversial measure created a needless and unreasonable restriction on ballot access in violation of the state’s constitution and called for a permanent injunction to prevent it from being enforced.
