NJ High Court Won't Hear Camden Firefighters Pay Raise Case

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 6:54 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday declined to hear a Camden, N.J., firefighters union's appeal of an appellate court's reversal of an arbitrator's award of pay increases despite the city's inability to afford the raises without state assistance.
