Convicted Ex-Crowell Atty Faces Disbarment

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 4:25 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Bar's Board on Professional Responsibility recommended Wednesday disbarring a former Crowell & Moring LLP attorney, a request that comes more than nine months after he was sentenced for embezzling $10 million from an investment firm and real estate management company.
