Genzyme Lied About Plant Contamination, 1st Circ. Told

Law360, Washington (August 1, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A group of Genzyme Corp. investors on Wednesday blasted the company's attempts to dissuade the First Circuit from reviving their putative consolidated class action that accuses Genzyme of lying about contamination at a key production plant, claiming its explanations for its behavior "strain credulity."
