Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 3:12 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge refused Tuesday to grant conditional certification to a group of sedan and limousine drivers who allege chauffeur service Sunny's Executive Sedan Service Inc. stiffed them on overtime pay, ruling the plaintiffs' job duties and terms of employment were too varied to proceed as a collective action.
