SF Firm Faces Malpractice Suit Over Botched Bias Case

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 2:44 PM EDT) -- The San Francisco-based law firm The Epstein Group was hit with a $300,000 legal malpractice suit in California state court Tuesday, accusing two of the firm’s attorneys of taking on a disability discrimination suit against Charles Schwab Corp. despite a conflict of interest and of mishandling the litigation.
