Costco Slashes 'Natural' Drink False Label Class Action

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 1:56 PM EDT) -- A Washington judge on Thursday dismantled a putative class action accusing Costco Wholesale Corp. of selling "enhanced" beverages containing artificial caffeine that were falsely labeled as natural, but rejected arguments that the plaintiff lacked standing to sue.
