Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal jury recently handed down the largest award ever given to an individual consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in a suit against Equifax Information Services LLC, a frightening verdict for companies that trade on consumer data, which are now likely to face a flood of similar suits, attorneys say.
