House Passes Bill To Keep IRS From Implementing ACA

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 7:39 PM EDT) -- House Republicans on Friday continued their ongoing quest to topple the Affordable Care Act by voting through a measure billed as Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act to prevent the Internal Revenue Service from implementing any part of the health care law.
