Hospitals Ask DC Circ. To Bury HHS Medicare Rule

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 2:35 PM EDT) -- Hospitals urged the D.C. Circuit on Thursday to uphold a lower court's decision to nix a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services rule that allegedly altered the way certain Medicare hospital payments are calculated.
