Blue Earth Announces $20M Solar Projects Deal

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 7:39 PM EDT) -- Renewable energy company Blue Earth Inc. on Monday announced a roughly $20 million deal to build six solar projects in New Jersey.

Under the binding memorandum of understanding, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Henderson, Nev.-based company, Xnergy Inc., will provide engineering, procurement and construction services for the solar photovoltaic projects that together represent 12.6 megawatts of electricity.
