TCEQ Floats Updates To State Water Quality Standards

Law360, Dallas (August 5, 2013, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on Friday released proposed new water quality standards that incorporate new information about individual water bodies, incorporate new data on the effects of specific chemicals and pollutants and address new state and federal regulations.
