Judge To Review Cephalon Docs In FTC Pay-For-Delay Row

Law360, Philadelphia (August 8, 2013, 4:19 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge agreed Thursday to an in camera review to determine whether attorney-client privilege prevented the release of more than 50 documents sought by the Federal Trade Commission in an antitrust suit accusing Cephalon Inc. of improperly delaying generic versions of its narcolepsy drug.
