11th Circ. Sides With Sunair In Overheating Radio Amp Row

Law360, Chicago (August 5, 2013, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday upheld a ruling for Sunair Electronics in Delta RF Technology Inc.'s suit over the company's refusal to pay for two Delta radio amplifiers that allegedly overheated and caused the radios to fail, saying Sunair showed at trial there was likely a design defect.
