Calif. High Court Denies Attempt To Halt Expo Line Extension

Law360, Los Angeles (August 5, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Monday denied a citizen group's attempt to stop a Los Angeles light rail extension, ruling that while an environmental impact report should have analyzed existing traffic and air quality conditions, it nevertheless sufficiently informed the public about the project.
