Ex-AG Worker Tells 3rd Circ. To Revive Pa. Gov't Fraud Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (August 5, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- An ex-employee in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General asked the Third Circuit on Friday to overturn a decision dismissing a lawsuit against a slew of state officials, including Gov. Tom Corbett, claiming his First Amendment rights were violated when he was fired for publicizing alleged waste and fraud.
