Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 8:07 PM EDT) -- The Washington Supreme Court last week punished a title insurer for its agent's illegal "wining and dining" of mortgage lenders and others, a broadly written decision that experts say leaves deep-pocketed insurers of all types vulnerable to claims over their agents' misdeeds.
