10th Circ. Won't Hear Bid To Undo Medicaid Payment Freeze

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 12:27 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday declined to review a decision denying a restraining order that would prevent New Mexico’s Human Services Department from freezing Medicaid payments to eight behavioral health services providers accused of fraudulent billing, saying it lacked jurisdiction over the case.
