Madoff Comparison Feud Isn't Insurable, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 2:42 PM EDT) -- Berkley National Insurance Co. told a Nevada federal judge Monday that it has no duty to cover a custom minter in a defamation lawsuit that accuses the company of creating a website comparing a real estate investment company's president to Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff.
