Pa. Court Revives $3M Malpractice Suit In Auto Insurance Row

Law360, Philadelphia (August 6, 2013, 3:05 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Monday revived a $3 million malpractice suit brought by Donegal Mutual Insurance Co. against a Harrisburg-based law firm, ruling that the suit was not an attempt to force the firm to assume statutory responsibility for a policyholder's bad faith claim.
