States Again Urge High Court To Overturn EPA GHG Finding

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 1:04 PM EDT) -- Virginia, Kentucky and Utah on Monday hit back at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's request for the U.S. Supreme Court not to take up a challenge to its greenhouse gas emission regulations, saying the agency had not properly supported its opposition to the case.
