Dallas Law Firm Accused Of Mistreating Black Staff

Law360, Dallas (August 6, 2013, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Two former staffers at a Dallas personal injury law firm on Friday launched a discrimination and retaliation claim in state court, claiming the firm mocked its black employees by serving fried chicken on Juneteenth and that they were mistreated and fired because of their race, which the firm vehemently denies.
