Insurers Rethinking Coverage In NY Amid TRIA Uncertainty

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Insurance companies are considering rolling back their exposure in New York and other areas seen as vulnerable to terrorist attacks as Congress weighs the fate of a federal terrorism reinsurance program set to expire at the end of 2014, a risk management trade group said in a report released Tuesday.
