DC Circ. Wants Biz Groups' Input In NLRB Poster Rule Fight

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 3:18 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit ordered the National Association of Manufacturers and other groups Monday to respond to the National Labor Relations Board's bid for rehearing of a May decision vacating its rule requiring employers to post notices apprising workers of their right to unionize.

The appeals court directed the parties that brought the successful challenge to the NLRB's notice posting rule, which includes the NAM, Coalition for a Democratic Workplace and National Federation of Independent Business, to reply to the NLRB's July 22  request for en banc...
