Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center on Monday continued to push for documents related to a failed $4.8 million settlement between a group of insurance purchasers and its co-defendant in an antitrust suit, insurer Highmark Inc., saying the docs cast doubt on whether named plaintiff Royal Mile Co. can represent the class.
