Appeals Court Affirms Hygenic Win In Eye Injury Warning Case

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court upheld Tuesday that Hygenic Corp. is not liable for an eye injury that a man suffered while using its resistance band, finding that it adequately warned a hospital and the man's physical therapist that the band can snap.
