Magyar Execs Denied Immediate Appeal Of FCPA Ruling

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday refused to let three former Magyar Telekom PLC executives immediately appeal a ruling allowing the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to pursue its Foreign Corrupt Practices Act case against them, finding no questions of law that would justify an interlocutory appeal.
