5th Circ. Slams Williams' Rehearing Bid In Oil Credit Row

Law360, Houston (August 6, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit ruled for a second time Tuesday that Anadarko Petroleum Corp. is owed $9.1 million in shipping credits from the Williams Companies Inc. under agreements to transport crude oil through the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, slamming Williams' argument that the decision runs afoul of Texas law.
