KPCB Asks Calif. High Court For Arbitration In Bias Case

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 3:23 PM EDT) -- Venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers LLC on Monday asked the California Supreme Court to send a former partner's sex discrimination suit into arbitration after a lower court rejected the firm's bid to halt the complaint.
