Sears, Kmart, Pilot Face Toxic Warning Suit Over Auto Kits

Law360, Chicago (August 7, 2013, 2:20 PM EDT) -- A consumer group hit Sears Holding Corp., Kmart Corp. and Pilot Automotive Inc. with a California state court lawsuit on Tuesday alleging that they violated state law by selling an automotive terminal kit containing chemicals that cause cancer and reproductive problems without providing required warnings.
